A Meditation For Gentle Transformation
Morning meditation is a gentle way to adjust your consciousness to the world before you get out of bed. You can also use this meditation just before dropping off to sleep at night. All the things we want to happen are easily within our grasp when we change the way we think about them. This morning meditation will lead you to create your life from the inside out, from your heart opening your mind. The idea behind this meditation is to let go of your subconscious resistance to life, so that the light of manifestation can show up in your experiences without effort.
Morning Meditation
Imagine that you have the power to clear your mind. Just assume you have the power. Imagine that with this clear mind, you can connect with your Higher Self, ask for guidance, energy, insights, joy, and synchronicity. Now assume that where you are is a power spot. Feel the energy swirling all around you. Relax, deeper and deeper. Think of your heart radiating light, smiling. Think of something that you would like to happen. One experience that would fill you with delight. It could be a shower of wealth, the hand of a loved one in your own, vibrant health and joyful living, anything that feels…good. Feel how it would be to be living your true purpose in life. Now consider the impact of negative thoughts and feelings and actions…and let go of any attachment to them. Return to attracting what you want. When the negative thoughts arise, gently push them aside. Choose to feel happy right now, right here in this full moment. Focus on solutions appearing, problems disappearing. Encourage yourself to be successful all day. Center on the space between thoughts, on moments of mental silence. Begin your day.
